Finding jeans that fit you if you’re a short woman can be tough, but it can be even more difficult if you’re curvy or have an hourglass figure. There’s a common misconception that “petite” means skinny, but “petite” actually refers to height, generally shorter women under 5’3”. Petite women come in all sizes, and that’s why you’ll find petite jeans in size 00 all the way up to 18 (or higher). Finding jeans that fit petite curvy women can be difficult, because jeans that fit the hips will likely be too big in the waist, resulting in a waist gap. I’ve rounded up the following brands that make jeans for petite curvy women.
